I have the first book on quick knitting and thought I'd add it to my library. This book says "Easy and Quick." Nothing too difficult for an intermediate beginner, even intermediate/professional knitters need a quick project every now and then. Filled with easy patterns, you can knit these patterns over and over again and use them as standard for quick gifts for kids.
