Must be plugged in complacently, can't use laptop case

If you have one of those laptop hard covers with a latch next to your laptop's adapter port, it won't fit. It should be firmly connected to the connector on your laptop. I had to remove the laptop sleeve from my 2020 Macbook Air to use it. Everything else works fine.
