Review on 🌡️ Maverick ET-735 Bluetooth 4.0 Wireless Digital Cooking Thermometer: Monitor 4 Probes Simultaneously (White) by Gelin Battle

I have been a fan of Maverick products for over 10 years. I have cooked professionally for competitions and have only used Maverick products in competitions. I recently purchased an et-735 for my Thanksgiving cook for the community I live in. The instructions to pair with my phone were useless and I had to add two steps. I tried emailing customer support but the email was unrecognizable. I went to the website and called but there was no answer. It was two days before Thanksgiving. I had success after working with Bluetooth on my phone. After trying to open the 4 rubber openings to insert the probes, two fell off. After installing the probes, two people said I don't have a thermometer. Once I swapped it out and got it working, I decided to use the old Maverick probe on my smoker as well. -5 Fahrenheit was recorded. Then I put it in an old Maverick and it came out at 32 Fahrenheit. The photos below show all four probes in ice water with an old Maverick. I was tempted to choose a different brand. I'm not out of loyalty. After the rubbish they sent and the lack of customer service, I'll try (and recommend if they call me) something else.
