We just got them and played with them last night. When you turn them on to connect Bluetooth to another, do not plug in the headphone jack until you follow the instructions after the Bluetooth devices find each other, and then plug in the headphone jack. Press button A one last time after plugging in and it works great. We had everything together, Jack pocketed it, followed the directions and couldn't get it to work. Finally saw a video on the net and got it right, except we plugged in the ear jack soon after. The sound in the house was good. We use them in our snowmobile helmets.
