Great for frustrated Nintendo customers who are computer savvy.

That's basically all you need to build a small portable emulator. Anyone who spent their time with Nintendo to get their hands on the nes Classic Edition should consider this bundle. Keep in mind that you must be computer literate if you want to get the most out of this kit. At least there is someone who can help you. Setting up the Pi to your liking is going to take most of the day if you're on the emulation path and want to add a lot of detail to the frontend (menu). Otherwise you can just install Retropie and add some roms there. and soon play around with the default setting. You can find out how to do this via Google. You should also replace the standard case with something with a fan, although some people say the Pi3 will overheat without a fan. You will also need one of these https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B018BFWLRU/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 to turn the device on and off as there is no power button. This will give you (after setting up each emulator correctly - Google will help) access NES, SNES, Game Boy, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Genesis/Megadrive, Sega CD, Master System, Game Gear, Neo Geo. PC Engine/Turbografx-16, Playstation, Arcade Games, etc. WARNING. Those looking to emulate N64 games should look elsewhere. as the Raspberry Pi cannot handle it beyond Mario 64. Basically, you're not going to run Goldeneye at playable speeds on this thing. If this all sounds good to you, then you should take the plunge and enjoy.
