I like how you can access it anywhere. Easy to use for any physician in our office or across campus locations. It's easy enough my mother could actually set up appointments! There is not an easier way of creating electronic medical records other then this program. Our secretaries are able make patient notes much faster instead using paper files which would have been very time consuming. Also having everything electronically makes us seem even greener than we really need be because there isn't too many documents around anymore (at least from what most people consider "papers"). I love how easy it is to use! The customer service support was great too for when we had questions or needed help getting started with our account. We have not been able to get everything working 100%, but there are updates in process every month which helps us continue along towards perfection of all areas within this software system. It has helped streamline many different processes at my organization including patient intake, medical records and billing.
