I like that you can search the system and it pulls up any orders or appointments in a matter of seconds. I dislike the system not always pulling up all appointments, especially when I am doing a search that is not specific. I also dislike that it pulls up the wrong information. For example, when I am trying to look for an appointment that has not yet been made, it pulls up a patient who is not a patient of mine, but who has had an appointment with me in the past. I like how easy it is to use for multiple doctors in my office as well with different schedules! It was very helpful when we had so many physicians at our clinic over summer break from school!! The system can be glitchy sometimes but there are always updates out soon after its release which helps fix those issues up pretty quick too. I like that it is easy to use and has many features. It also allows for multiple users to access the same patient information at once. The only thing I dislike about it is that when you are looking at the "find" feature, sometimes it takes a few seconds to load. I like how easy it is to use for my office with all of our different types of patients (pediatric/adult). It's very user friendly! The only thing I don't like about this product is having to log in each time you want to access your patient information. Sometimes if someone else is using it they will close out without logging back into their account. This can be frustrating when we need to go back and edit something. I like how you can access it anywhere. Easy to use for any physician in our office or across campus locations. It's easy enough my mother could actually set up appointments! The best thing about e-med is its ability to access all patient information in one place which makes it easier for me as an office manager to keep track of everything at once. I dislike how slow it can be sometimes when trying to open or close files. Sometimes it takes minutes just to try opening a file and then closes immediately upon clicking ok.
