I like how easy it is to use for my office with all of our different types of patients (pediatric/adult). It's very user friendly! The only thing I don't like about this product is having to log in each time you want to access your patient information. Sometimes if someone else is using it they will close out without logging back into their account. This can be frustrating when we need to go back and edit something. Also sometimes there are errors where certain things aren't showing up or not allowing me to click them so I have to try again. If you're looking for an easier way to keep track of what happens during appointments then this would be perfect for you! We've been able to easily check notes from previous visits as well as prescriptions which helps us save money since we no longer pay copays every visit.
