I like that you can search the system and it pulls up any orders or appointments in a matter of seconds. I dislike the system not always pulling up all appointments, especially when I am doing a search that is not specific. I also dislike that it pulls up the wrong information. For example, when I am trying to look for an appointment that has not yet been made, it pulls up a patient who is not a patient of mine, but who has had an appointment with me in the past. It is very confusing. I have had instances where I have had to call the system and ask for help if I cannot figure it out. When I have had issues with the system I have had to call the company and get help, and it can take a while to get help. You have to work with the system to get it to work how you.
