It works out. but be careful who you buy from

The bag is much thinner and a different material (a bit stiff and cracked) than the ones I've used before. I was afraid it would break, but it didn't break when I put the turkey in. Even though my turkey was only 12 pounds. The turkey is cooked very juicy, brown, tender. Nice. Do not buy from Anis Market Place however as the packaging says there are 3 bags in the package and when I first opened it I thought they were all there but when I pulled it out there was only ONE bag there. I paid almost $5 for a versatile bag.
