Review on 🍳 Nordic Ware Non-Stick Two Burner Griddle, 10.3 x 17.4 inches by Ken Reiff

I bought this pan to use when camping. I didn't need anything fancy, just something non-stick, compact and lightweight. This is in line with those expectations. That being said, I will point out for other buyers that this rocks a lot. If you're looking for something to use on a glass cooktop I wouldn't recommend this. Plus, for the $20 price point, it's pretty well made. It looks like the "Teflon" coating (not sure what it is) does the job well. It's actually pretty light, I won't have any trouble maneuvering it as long as it's hot with food. I thought I would use it over the fire grate but my husband suggested the fire could badly burn the back. which led me to think that the fire might be too hot and distort it in some way, albeit not too carefully. So I'll stick with good old cast iron. Overall I am satisfied with this purchase. In this case, the cause of 3 stars is strong vibration. If it weren't advertised for use on smooth glass surfaces it would be a 4. I've included a short video and I hope you find this review helpful. :)
