Okay first off it fits my 2017 F350 Lariat SRW Super Duty perfectly. I've done my due diligence and always lubricated all the components that go into each socket so they never stick (get stuck) in the socket. That's what they said after the very first use of a 4 Star 32' three-horse trailer. This destroyed the chrome coating of the ball! It was like it was flaking off in extremely hard, sharp flakes. See, this does not affect the performance of the product, everything will be fine. However, I'm sure this is not normal and if a rep for Curt reads this, they might be able to comment. I only give 2 stars. precisely because. It works and will work. My suggestion is to omit the chrome because it just won't hold. PERIOD! .
