I have used this watch less than 3 months on the golf course. The silicone strap fell off the special connecting screws. It is not connected like most regular watches. Support not available by phone. I can't find any information on the website or anywhere else on how to get a replacement strip. There is only one video on youtube on how to change the strap but not on how to order a replacement kit which I think should be free for a three month old watch. i feel ripped off Follow up: finally found a link to request a replacement group. They sent it for free. The same thing happened 2 months later. The cheap silicon strap just came loose on both ends of the connecting screws! I suspect this must be a design flaw in MFR! One last try for Garmin to replace the band which will hopefully remain tethered.
