Perfect fit for my Lexus RX 350 2011. Installation was easy. It took me less than 10 minutes to take it off and put it back on. Of course, this does not include the time for lifting the car and removing the wheel. By the way, you don't need to level the car if you're just replacing those C-pillars. Fastened with two screws, 17mm if I remember correctly. I used an impact adapter so removal was easy and straightforward. The old racks are from my car, I lightly press them with my hands. With new ones, it is very difficult to compress them. First I installed the rack using the top screw. Then, while lying on my back, I pushed the post up so the bottom screw lined up with the bottom notch of the post. Mrs put the bottom screw in and that was it.
