I've only used it a few times and I'm happy with it. When I cut up potatoes to make potato chips, they come out pretty thin, especially after I put them in the food dryer. I used an onion shredder and was able to cut it in half in one go. Onion makes my eyes watery and it has helped simplify the process so I spend less time on it. Hand cutting takes much longer. These blades are VERY sharp. I cut myself a few times by accidentally lightly touching them while hand washing them. Not having a dishwasher, I'm not sure how well this holds up in the wash. For storage I can put some of these items in the included box itself, but it's a bit small. . Since these blades are sharp, I put a few in a food-safe plastic container so I don't accidentally cut myself while storing and receiving.
