So it definitely works. When they say to use a vegetable stand, it's true. Almost cut off my finger without even trying. But it's not as strong as it should be. Hard vegetables like potatoes would not get stuck further than the blades. I had to have surgery to remove it. But for softer things it works fine.

Very good product and it works great. A small problem is that the instructions for use are poor. It could be better. Also, some sort of box or something may need to be included to keep all the accessories in one place. It includes a plastic box for small cutting accessories, but not large ones, and they don't fold neatly easily. But overall the car works very well. Be careful with sharp blades! I've only used it a few times and I'm happy with it. When I cut up potatoes to make potato chips, they come out pretty thin, especially after I put them in the food dryer. I used an onion shredder and was able to cut it in half in one go. Onion makes my eyes watery and it has helped simplify the process so I spend less time on it. Hand cutting takes much longer. These blades are VERY sharp. I cut myself a few times by accidentally lightly touching them while hand washing them. Not having a…
