Very good value for money. That's why I bought this item as I just needed to take a shower. I recently stripped off the peeling paint my landlord used to "caulk" the floor of my concrete shower, unfortunately the cheap caulk came off with it. I used this with Gorilla silicone glue as I thought it would stick better. It worked very well to create the perfect roll and was cleaned with a dry rag (silicone is very sticky). I wouldn't recommend using it on concrete or masonry if you plan on using it for more than one project as it ripped the rubber a bit. edge.
