Update September 1, 2018 After posting this review, I received a great response from customer support. I have since received a replacement pepper grinder and an "extra" grinder for other hard spices. Few providers support their products so quickly and professionally. I retract my previous review of a product that works great. (Previous Review) During dinner last night, my wife, whose poor arm strength requires me to open jars for her, twisted a pepper grinder and broke the threaded portion of the glass jar. The product has been in use for six weeks. I would of course avoid this product. I didn't see the terms of returning the order so I think the money was down the drain.
