I have 4 of these to move some Raspberry Pi-4B to USB/SSD, I also have a UCTRONICS Ultimate POE rack. While I'm generally happy with this whole configuration, I've found that all cables can be a little touchy with even the slightest movement, causing them to lose connection with the device. I 3D printed a support/stopper for a SATA cable, which fixed/disabled issues with hidden connections moving unintentionally while working on the back of a network rack. I monitor USB connection cables to make sure they are still sensitive to working in a network rack. I've had some issues with a Corsair Force GT 240GB SSD, which sometimes slows down and crashes under heavy write loads. I was able to reproduce them on several Raspberry Pi and UCTRONICS SATA SSD adapters, but couldn't find the same problem with other SSD devices or with a Corsair SSD. connected via the 3rd party SATA SSD adapters so I suspect it might be some weird incompatibility which is why I stopped using the Corsair SSD and haven't seen any issues since. Update: I no longer see any problems with the USB/SSD connections, so I have to assume that the cable tension worked. I encountered a problem adding another Raspberry Pi 4B, the board gap seems to be very small and some solder points on the frame are shorted causing weird power issues. I cut off all the soldering points of the Raspberry Pi as much as possible and don't see anything anymore. Like others I found the fans to be a bit noisy so I replaced them with a version I used with some other Raspberry Pi cases and although the fan size was larger I was able to 3D print the fan cover so I could add and reduce it the noise to an acceptable level. I still love the product for how it cleaned up my Raspberry Pi farm.
