I was really looking forward to it. Lots of good reviews. But I always look for reviews of "precision nuts" because they tell me if it's going to be a good product or if it should go in the bin. A "precision nut" (or madman who wants to make really precise cuts on a table saw) was unfortunately present for me in this case. The gusset guard, perhaps as important if not more important than the gusset bar, is NOT SQUARE! I don't mean the deviation of 0.001. What I mean is that your cuts aren't aligned non-rectangularly. The good ones: The 2 points I like are the corner bar and the spring loaded balls/bearings for adjusting toe (pictured). A star for everyone. The rest can be taken care of. Cons: The entire aluminum corner stop is covered in some kind of grainy paint. This annoys your saw. Not a pleasant experience. I plan to remove the bottom paint. But why should I waste my time with this? One star gone. The spring/pin mechanism is a good idea conceptually, but you really need to wiggle the gauge and make sure the pin is actually in the hole before tightening the crank. Oh, and you should photograph your reaction when you find that simply pulling the pen removes the color! How to get a corner stop with round markings! 1 star more for that. Finally the fence diagonally. See all pictures. It's so cool I was able to slip a small piece of cardboard between the fence and my square underneath! The corner fence leans forward on mine. My solution was to take a fence or whatever I was using as a mini sectional fence and attach it to another fence with staples (see pictures). Without over-tightening, I got the replacement railing right onto the countertop. You will see an image of a cutting board with a white circle and an arrow. It was a gap (you can also see my repair) caused by this protractor I used during my cutting board project. In any case, as you can see, it turned out pretty well, but it wasn't without some headaches due to the caliper. The corner of the picture frame that you see (the frame of the puzzle) I made using a new fence that I put on this corner stop. Yes you see the line but there is no break. All in all I would NEVER buy it again, wouldn't recommend it to anyone and I have to say I'm glad I didn't throw away the sensor that came with my saw. I might have to do that again.
