Great platform & responsive customer support

It is easy to use when you have all your employees training in it there are no issues with staff not knowing how to work our system. There aren't any major problems we had but when we did find something small or simple to fix, they fixed them right away! We love this software because it makes it easier for us to keep track of patients and medical records as well as having access from anywhere so there's nothing wrong with that either. I would recommend using the service if you want security for your business and you want to save time by being able to look up information quickly which saves money too! Easy to see everything about each patient and what treatment was given along with tracking your billings. As with many other platforms we can see if there has been an error or not in real time before it occurs during our shift change-over process at 5 am each day (we are only open until 7 pm). This helps us be more efficient! It also allows for better communication between shifts than paper reports which take too long to complete after every assignment is made/done - plus they're messy.
