I like how easy it is to use. It's very user friendly. It doesn't take much knowledge or time to be comfortable with it. It also has a great community behind it as well. I wish there was an option for more than 3 staff members. We would love to have more people able to access the system at any given time. I am able to see all of my appointments right in the app. This makes it so much easier to keep track of everything. Also, I can make changes to my schedule in real time which helps me to stay

It is easy to use when you have all your employees training in it there are no issues with staff not knowing how to work our system. There aren't any major problems we had but when we did find something small or simple to fix, they fixed them right away! We love this software because it makes it easier for us to keep track of patients and medical records as well as having access from anywhere so there's nothing wrong with that either. I like how easy it is to create reports for different departments. It has helped me keep track of my job duties in one place instead of having to access multiple files and programs to do so. This program can be very complicated when you first start using it.
