Fixed Headlight Reload/Pulse
Fixed headlight pulsing and reload issue. Used to charge to 16.2v, now somewhere between 12.9 and 14.1 with all the accessories. The radio turned off when the heaters were on or when bright headlights were previously used. Works great so far. Refreshes when it dies
