Review on 📺 Slingbox 350 by Sling Media (Legacy Edition) by Kyle Tran

I bought this in 2014 just in case the slingbox burns out again like the previous three I bought. It's 2016 and I wouldn't take it in my pocket if I didn't have a (Slingbox ID) which isn't listed anywhere on the box. So I called them and the woman on the other end told me she couldn't help me or give me instructions on how to fix it if (I could give them the original receipt) as proof of purchase. I told her I bought this slingshot from Revain and she repeated again (I can't give you any help or guidance until you show proof of purchase). She then told me when I could call back, but by then she couldn't get on the phone and hung up. How coarse! I just want to record a phone call so I can post it here! This happened after I tried to use the 'Help' section on their site, only to have every page show up as 'Page no longer exists'. If I weren't a gentleman, my anger at this would have been more of a street description of this incident in this review. Let the buyer be alert!
