To be honest with the product.
Nine fingers out of ten agree I shouldn't use a hot glue gun. My husband has no problem with it. Although I'll call it cheating because he never uses lotion and maybe just doesn't feel any pain. Its only complaint is that it's really light and a bit odd. It seems to me that the light weight behind it made it harder to get burned as I had a better sense of where everything was. It tips over easily as it is so light. I imagine it like a sewing machine that you like to have on the go if you use it a lot. I mean it works.
