Seriously. hit better. Especially if you're a beginner (trust me you'll be so disappointed with how bad they are, you won't be able to focus on the fun of working with leather and that's why so many newbies become so many crafts/professions/hobbies overwhelmed and give up). When you end up getting them, you'll spend more over the course of a year replacing them over and over again than if you would just buy a better set one day. I lost my good set and was in a bind so I grabbed them and figured I wouldn't mind having a cheap backup set. But again, "The bitterness of the low quality lingers long after the sweetness of the low price is gone." The teeth on them bend during normal use. I just sew holes in an 8 ounce vegan. Every 4 holes I have to use a hammer to align my teeth. I'm literally waiting for my teeth to start breaking. Hopefully I can get through this belt before that happens and buy an expensive second set as a replacement instead. The only reason they got 2 stars instead of 1 is because there are 4 dashes and something like 12 needles (3). 4 sizes each) are included so you get great bang for your buck. I haven't used needles yet so we'll see how they work. I'm sure I'll update this review from ER while I get the needle splinters off my arm.
