This is a very strong extra large 20 inch sump for a domestic water filter system. It arrived on time and in excellent condition. I got exactly what I ordered (some people had trouble getting 3/4" in/out when they ordered that 1" version). It took me several assembly attempts to get a good seal on each of the two canisters I ordered when the large o-ring slipped out of the groove, but everything was nice and tight on the second try. Be sure to use the silicone lube that comes with the kit, which not only provides a better seal and is easier to remove later, but is also quite sticky, which helps hold the o-ring in place when screwing the canister onto the lid. These things feel heavy and I expect them to last for years. Be sure to order additional metal brackets as these types are quite heavy, especially once filled with water Be comfortable Let g my plumbing carry the weight As some have mentioned I set up a two stage filtration system: First The first filters particles down to a size of 5 microns, while the second reduces their size to 1 micron. I don't need carbon or iron filters as I have good well water except for sediment particles. I recommend this item and would buy it again.
