I read that some other customers talked about these D-rings rattling. no matter which company makes them. When I got them I simply threaded two pieces of aluminum wire through each of the hinge points and cut off the ends. The aluminum wire is soft enough to be bent, dented, etc. due to the strong friction points of the steel hinges. D-ring hinges still work. but now a little tight. (Bending/indenting actually fixes the wires). now NO MORE LOADING!
