Review on Cole Mason Precision Horsham Inverta by Alexis Thompson

DO NOT BUY. My wife wanted an inverted pepper grinder for Christmas and after looking at various options I thought this grinder would offer the highest quality. Have I ever been wrong and so disappointed. It's a poorly designed, poorly designed product. I would have sent it back but due to Covid we weren't home and didn't open the box until after the return deadline. The first time we used the pepper mill it left pepper all over the counter and I knew I had made a mistake. As you can see from the photos I've attached (although it's difficult), the lid doesn't fit tightly, isn't flush, and isn't level. broken peppers can pass through the space around the lid. If you try to tighten it, it just comes loose from the threads. As I said, bad technology and bad design.
