We are able get real time reports for our customers through cpex web portal as well using mobile app is very handy too!The API integration with other 3rd party apps like Salesforce etc has enabled us do much more in terms getting data into their system instead doing manual logging by hand which was laborious but now we can just use this platform itself without any issues!! The support provided at CPX end if you have queries related to your business requirements they will try best not only solve them quickly but also guide so that next call may be lesser!! Also no complaints about UI/UX design it's great looking! If I am missing anything please let me know because what i saw while demoing few weeks back there were some minor changes required then my suggestion would've been same otherwise nothing really negative here :) Bulk material booking & reporting - Realtime Reporting (using APIs)API Integration:- With 3r parties- Get access logs easily.
