It helps us to track all our clients' trips, it also allows me to keep an eye of my own work load as well which was very helpful for keeping up with everything I had going on at once! The interface can be hard to navigate sometimes but after some time you get used to how things are set out in terms of screens etc.

We use this solely because its easy enough to learn and understand from day one so there's no issues here really - just using what they provide works best when we need something specific elsewhere then contact support team who will guide through any questions or queries we have regarding their product/service itself (which isn't much). They offer great customer service too, if anything comes along during your trial period where you're not sure about whether certain features suit your business needs better than others they assist quickly without charging extra fees like other companies would charge otherwise.
