Cooking with them- easy. Cleaning them- a little work.
Cooking with them - they’re a little light so when I pour egg whites in I use the turner to hold the rings down. The egg whites heat up and then seals and you can let go. Voila! Little round egg white samwiches!Cleanup- I’ve tried buttering or oiling before cooking. Nope. Egg whites stick to them reaaaaaaaaaal bad. I use a wood spoon to scrape the egg off then scrub.
