Product works great but like other reviews said you need to retrain the throttle position sensor if you want the engine to idle properly immediately after installing the throttle body. Not me, a week later the truck was still idling occasionally. The high idle has improved over the last week but is still not where it should be. Just be prepared for the engine to idle over 2000rpm when this throttle body is installed without relearning. Some say you can force a relearn by removing both (+) and (-) batteries from the battery and connecting them together for +30 minutes. Retraining can also be performed by your local Chevy dealer or someone with a scanner capable of performing retraining procedures.
