This amazing product and everyone I showed it to was very impressed. I bought two of these because our toddler likes to turn on the faucets outside and I was afraid I wouldn't notice and lose a lot of water (bad idea in the dry Southwest). Once you put the key in, screw it onto the faucet and with a kind of magnetic function, the lock will prevent water from flowing out of the faucet. You can turn on the faucet but no water comes out (effective! This is frustrating for my little one). We had a small problem with one of them (I did something that moved the magent) and when I wrote to the company asking for help, the owner called me within hours, inquired about the situation and sent this Tool. which allowed me to solve the problem. Such great customer service! And a great product. If I had more outdoor faucets, I would order one for each. I might just order something for my friends with kids!
