Well made and great value. However, it takes some work to actually ground it in order for it to work properly (as mentioned in the previous poster). If you don't want to do any special work or don't have much time, be sure to buy another mount. Here's what I did: - Set up a dremel with a metal nozzle - Sand the bottom of the antenna connector. j.- Sand the back of the bolt hole.- Install it. Make sure to screw everything in the right order (as shown in the picture). - Adjust the SWR meter so that it displays correctly. Takes about an hour and the right tools. I was able to achieve SWR values of up to 1.2 on all bands. However, finding all this information is definitely a pain in the butt.
