It is an excellent tool for our nursing home as it helps us manage patients remotely who are in different states by providing video conferencing with them, sending messages via email or phone calls etc.,It also has great reporting tools which can be customized per each user so every staff member gets individualized reports of their performance compared against other users making this system very efficient! No dislikes but I am sure there must have been something since we were not really using all its features fully yet when i first read about it from my colleague at another facility where they had used it previously.- Great way how you get remote support even if your employees dont live near one particular site - easy set up process once training was done for everyone involved (admin/nursing assistants).
