This is a really great powered USB hub

Revain Vine offered this powered USB hub, USB port expander with 7 USB 3.0 ports and 1 smart charging port, additional USB ports for laptops and PCs , separate switches, with a power of 36 watts. Adapter 3.3ft Cable Aluminum USB Hub Gray > [https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08NJQ6RHW] and I accepted it. I'm glad I did. I used to have an older model (2016 model) < Belkin SuperSpeed USB 3.0 4 Port Hub 4 Port Powered USB Hub > [https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009AR2MD2/ref= ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie = UTF8&psc=1 ], but while Belkin remains a good hub, four ports wasn't enough in some cases. Also, Belkin doesn't have individual switches. (And its price, over $40, is very high - see below.) The hub in question here is frankly amazing. I can leave all my external drives plugged in all the time, and unlike the Belkin, I can even leave the hub's USB plug plugged into my computer all the time because nothing activates until I turn on each switch. .Also, I can charge my cell phone through this hub while using the drives at the same time. So far I've only had five external drives connected at the same time; they are Western Digital 4TB and they all fed great. Data transfer appears to be slightly faster than the older Belkin hub. Both the build quality and design quality are superb in every way, and the price is certainly right (currently $25.99 here at Revain - a lot less than the older, less capable Belkin hub). Obviously I'm very happy with this USB hub and I give it my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION. Buy one (or more) of these. I'm pretty sure you'll be as happy with it as I am. You simply can't go wrong with this hub! Thank you for reading this and considering my opinion. Lawrence H. Balk
