My four legged chew monster is an avid chewer. He kills anything given to him from a plush toy to small pieces of Legos he finds on the floor or stolen from my son's play table. This little chew monster will just annihilate anything you think will be sturdy or outlast him. I have purchased many toys for him that claimed it was chew proof and would last a very long time. Those claims were quickly disproved.We got this Rmolitty carrot chew toy for my chew monster to test it and see how it performs. When we got it in the mail. The thing was quite hefty and solid! If you threw this thing at someone it would really hurt! The top of the carrot and core seem to be made of some kind of very hard plastic and adds weight to the toy while the orange part is made of a rubber material that is similar to a Kong ball. The orange parts have crevices that you can stuff treats into and they act like brushes for when your monster chews on it. After close to a week my chew monster has only nibbed a tiny piece of the rubber out but the rest of the toy is still intact. I would put a suggestion here and say that if you stuff the crevices with stuff, clean it out after awhile so the food doesn't rot in there.Overall this toy looks like a winner for aggressive chewers and looks like it will last a long time.
