It's very helpful to have all your tickets in one place so you can quickly find what you need without having to go through multiple sites / applications which are not always updated at the same time. The only thing I dislike about this program as of now, is when someone posts something wrong (or right) on social media they don't notify me until after hours/days later! This would be nice if there was an option for immediate notification like other programs do. Make sure you get good agents who know their work well enough to help resolve issues easily. We use kapDesk primarily because we wanted access from our home devices while away from the office. And by far my favorite thing since day 1 is how easy-to-use everything is once set up correctly. Our employees love being able to log into kapDesk during breaks instead of logging into different apps each.
