This remote control will make your TV respond like a turtle. The buttons are harder to press than the OEM buttons and you have to point them "gently" at the TV for them to work. I just ordered a GENUINE Samsung OEM remote for a few bucks more and I'm glad I did after using a cheap Chinese monster. A NOTICE. If you go to the Samsung website they will say that almost ANY IR remote will work on their TVs and will even give you a link to a $12 Samsung universal remote. Save money and buy a Samsung Universal, or spend a few bucks more and buy a genuine Samsung OEM.
