The system is easy to use and it gives us the ability to send mass SMS to our customers, as well as the ability to keep track of all contacts and see where they have been on the platform. It is easy to use and I don't have any complaints. It has been very easy to integrate into our system and have it work like we want it to. The customer service has been great and they always give us great tips on how to use the platform, and how to improve the platform to suit our needs. I haven't found anything that I dislike. It has been a great tool for us and a great way to stay in contact with our customers. We are able to send mass text messages and also keep track of our customer's contacts. We are able to keep in contact with our customers as well.
