Excellent software that offers many possibilities

The ease of use along with its ability for customization has made it one my favorite tools at our office! It's very easy to implement into any existing system or project without much problem as long as you have some programming knowledge (or hire someone who does). Nothing in particular really stands out about this tool; however we do like how customizable everything can be depending upon your needs/requirements - whether they are internal processes OR external engagements such as email…

Pros
  • I think the ease of use along with the customization options (ability to have our own custom fields etc.) make it a great tool for our needs we've been very happy with the results we've been able to achieve with it so far!
Cons
  • I honestly can't think of anything too negative at this time everything seems pretty good for our needs!

Great for tracking engagement, conversions and user behavior

Great platform for text message marketing

The system is easy to use and it gives us the ability to send mass SMS to our customers, as well as the ability to keep track of all contacts and see where they have been on the platform. It is easy to use and I don't have any complaints. It has been very easy to integrate into our system and have it work like we want it to. The customer service has been great and they always give us great tips on how to use the platform, and how to improve the platform to suit our needs. I haven't found…
