My first review below was an honest response to the first kit I received. I came back to update my review. After my initial check their customer service team contacted me and said they were not pleased with the issue I was having and they sent a replacement kit free of charge and without any action on my part. The replacement set was much better than the original set and sounded much better overall. I also used them to complete a new woodworking project. I am very impressed with how the speakers sound and even more impressed with the customer service from this company. Gasps in them, then a few days later they could only cope with a simple voice output. All with all the fury of a soundtrack, like a song, and they sounded rich, and when there was deep bass, they were impossible to listen to. I don't use them in damp or wet environments and I don't use them heavily. I think in total I used them for about 90 minutes before they basically failed.
