I got my first Bellemain kitchen scissors four years ago as a thank you for ordering my kitchen apron. I loved her then and I still love her. The first pair became scratched and dull because they were also used in the garden and often to open packages. So I had to order a new pair. These scissors are ideal for use in the kitchen. They cut chicken thighs just as easily as portioned, partially frozen meat. And at the price you can't go wrong! I can't imagine my kitchen without these scissors.
