I bought this pump because a few people I know said it was a lot quieter than my Walbro 255 pump. In fact I can barely hear it when I turn the key and the pump pump. The connection on this pump is the same as the connection on the Walbro, but they are not interchangeable. However, this pump came with a new plug and was easy to replace.
