Seems to do its job well and look good in the car but gets 3 stars; some scratches on one of the rails and as many have pointed out the instruction manual is so lacking as to be confusing. My advice would be to not get too hung up on what the instructions say or don't say at all, but break it down and you'll find that it's pretty self-explanatory. Note the arrows on each piece and the front and back markings and it really isn't that bad. Do not tighten the bolts on the luggage rack until it is securely bolted to the vehicle, and then tighten the remaining bolts. Yes, it will be a little tricky to tighten those last screws since they are upside down. just be patient The total time from opening the package to the end of the work was about 1 hour.
