As other reviewers have said the back of the chair is slack and doesn't stay tight in the upright position. It is held in place by a screw and a metal plate that has warped and cracked. The backrest is now reclined and sideways enough that it cannot be used as a computer chair. The "leather" on the seat was completely torn off, leaving a few flakes on the floor. Used for less than 2 years but I think the back problems started almost immediately and only got worse over time. I think now I will use it as a stool.
