Best way to contain your butter
I've used various different style butter dishes over the years. Typically, I've used the style where a single stick of butter sits on a flat base with a rectangular or dome shaped covering over top. These work alright, but you always end up getting butter on the lid and they require almost constant wiping and cleaning. This style butter dish, where the butter sits entirely within the container with a flat lid over top is so much easier to keep clean. And as an added bonus, it fits two full-size sticks of butter as well! Furthermore, the design and aesthetic appearance looks great in any kitchen going for that vintage look.
- Love it! I only wish it had a plastic seal, but it still works great.
