My original Equal-i-zer has disappeared. . .I ordered this one. . . If you use a brand, it shouldn't be worse than the original, right? HORRIBLE structural steel! The edges of the manipulator peeled off during use - this is a very soft material! The original for me was FIVE YEARS. While the original showed some wear from at least monthly rides, this one shows more wear and tear than the original after ONE TIME USE. It's not as soft as aluminum, but it's softer than any tool steel. be. If this lasts a year without bending or breaking I'll be amazed.
