For the past eight years, I have been practicing with a D-link whistle. It's an old 2.4 GHz model, but it does the job. I upgraded to a newer model that is compatible with the 5 GHz frequency. Rebooted, it worked. Again 15-20 minutes. And this brings us full circle. Rubbish in general. It looks like it's working, but you can't actually use it. Both the ps phone and the laptop that are connected to the router function normally and will not fail.
